Small Project Contracting
Golden has many talented, professional construction crews building within our area. The need exists, however, for more quality contractors in the field of modest jobs that are not profitable enough for the larger companies.
For water proofing my tiling projects I use Schluter Systems products, and hav completed their Innovation Workshop which allows my Ditra and Kerdi installations to be warrantied.

For the duration of the project you and I are in a partnership together. As with any other relationship, common goals must be set and an atmosphere of respect and trust must be established.
Any renovation project is going to have a steady stream of obstacles that need to be navigated. The process of problem solving to overcome these challenges is what makes renovation work so rewarding. Communication is always a priority for me so that these challenges will never make the project seem overwhelming to the client.
